Policies and Information Regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic and Evaline's Response
We're so excited to be reopening on May 12th!! On behalf of the entire team, “The Girls Behind the Yes” and I at Evaline’s Bridal, want to take a moment to say Thank You again for your loyalty and support. These past couple of months have been unlike anything we've ever experienced, and we have been working hard to continue to create meaningful and memorable shopping experiences for you.
As we introduce new platforms to our services such as “Virtual Shopping Appointment”, “Virtual Fitting Appointments” or our “Retail to Go” contact-less curbside service, we want to continue to bring you the service you have been used to from us. Even if it may look a little different than it has in the past, you will still be getting our “White Glove” Treatment”.
I would like to share with you the policies we are putting in place ahead of opening our store. I really can't say it enough. Your health and the health of our employees, are our top priorities. Every decision we make is through that lens. We want to be sure the approach we're taking to reopen our store is thoughtful and that we're creating a store environment that's safe for everyone. We will be prepared with the proper safety measures and protocols in place!
On our reopening date, May 12, more than anything we want you to feel safe and comfortable and enjoy your shopping with us. We're making updates to our store and the way we serve you to help keep everyone healthy. Here are a few things we are doing.
Conducting health screenings for all our employees
Providing face coverings for all our employees
Taking steps to allow for the social distancing of six feet or more
Limiting the number of guests a customer can bring for in-store appointments
Increasing cleaning and sanitation
Modifying the fitting-room experience
Offering “Retail to Go” contact-less curbside pick-up services
All tried-on merchandise will follow our house High Heat Steaming protocol
Front desk check-in point
And sadly we are no longer accepting walk-in appointments. All appointments must be scheduled.
